Flickr and Iphoto

It seems that Iphoto and Flickr work together in the same way that Picasa does for uploading photos to web albums. Now that I have enough HDD space to keep photos, it might be useful to work out how to take advantage of this.

At the moment I have signed in with a Yahoo account that I have. I should look at:

1. Setting up an account with a school address
2. Looking through the rules for sharing and permissions. If necessary looking at an address list
3. Checking any size or upload restrictions
4. How to embed in edublogs and or wordpress

Looks like this should be handy for exemplars and stuff

Google docs update

I have been trying to think of the best way t share the googledocs notes form my classes. I note that it is possible to publish these as a webpage that will regularly update. I have done this  for each class and put a link onto the class pages for people to access.

If I have got this right, anyone can view this, but not edit it.

I should let some people know to test this.

On another matter, delicious keeps me notified of some links which work well. It would be good to selectively expand this network. I wonder how.
